Cats, Cats, Cats!

One of my passions is cats. In fact, my husband and I have adopted 6 of them. You can meet some of them on the Photo Page. If you share your home with a feline friend or two, be sure to check out "Rules for Cats" and the "Feline Humor" page.

With the addition of our sixth cat, we have a temporary moratorium on new adoptions. Our hearts are large enough, but our cats have a tough time sharing their space with new family members. Organic Gardening

I enjoy gardening, growing herbs and roses especially. Because my cats have full access to the garden I do not use pesticides or weed-killers. I've included some pictures of my garden, and a picture of an unusual item found in a strawberry pot.

Superfood Nutrition

My third passion is promoting optimal health for myself and my friends and family through proper nutrition. This includes the addition of Superfoods to our diet. You can find out more information here:
